Open Tournament – Update

In the aftermath of Gabrielle, we have an excellent marine weather forecast for this weekend and the first half of next week – windspeed not forecast to get over 10kts until at least Wednesday night!  This is a great start to the MBGFC Open and The Nationals which both start on Saturday 18th and run for 8 days.

After the disappointing conditions for the last 6 weeks or so, take this opportunity for a bit of well-deserved R&R and spend some time on the water.  Our convenor, Grant, has organised a great line-up of prizes and we did receive a couple of very positive reports regarding marlin and yellowfin out around grid area H&M Pascoe Boatbuilders just before ex tropical cyclone Gabrielle turned up.

Entries are available on our website or from the clubrooms.
